PastpaperTracker provides tools to help students log past paper practice, track progress, and view analytics. We are not affiliated with any exam board, and the Service is for personal study and organizational purposes.

• You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
• If you are under the age required to consent in your country, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

• Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are displayed at checkout or on our pricing page.
• If a free trial is offered, it may automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers (for example, Stripe). We do not store full card details.
• Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.

You retain ownership of the information you enter into the Service (“User Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display User Content solely to operate and improve the Service and provide features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content you submit, and that it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

The Service may integrate with third-party services (for example, payment providers). Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, including adding or removing features. We will try to provide reasonable notice for material changes where practical.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security, legal, or operational risk.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

PastpaperTracker provides study organization and analytics tools only. We do not guarantee any academic outcomes, scores, or exam results.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
